WHAT AREAS DO YOU COVER?

We are based in Hertfordshire but cover most areas. We will travel to ensure your magical moments can be created and if you are within a 20 mile radius of HP4 you will not be charged the additional pence per mile.

WHAT AGES ARE YOUR SLEEPOVERS FOR?

Our teepees are designed for children aged 5+. We offer a one sized mattress for children that can also accommodate adults too.

WHAT ARE THE MEASUREMENTS FOR YOUR TEEPEES?

We have one size available which accommodates little ones to Adults.
Size: 170cm x 80cm
Please let us know the size of the space, we can create the layout beforehand.

WHAT THEMES DO YOU OFFER?

Our themes are Boho / Festival, All in the Pink, Surprise, Gaming, Football and Jungle. But don't forget "if you can't see it we can create it", this may incur an extra cost.

HOW LONG DO WE HAVE THE TEEPEES FOR?

We set up your themed teepee sleepover the day of your party to ensure it’s set up before your guests arrive, and we will collect on the following day. The set up usually takes up to 2 hours.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE PICNIC FOR?

We set up your themed picnic the day of your party to ensure it’s set up before your guests arrive and we will collect on the same day or latest following day. This will be dependent on your timings, if you have a dinner party set up for the evening this will be collected the following day. The set up usually takes up to 2 hours.

WHEN DO I NEED TO MAKE PAYMENT?

FOR TEEPEES AND PICNICS TO SECURE YOUR DATE WE REQUIRE A DAMAGES DEPOSIT ON BOOKING THROUGH THE BOOKINGS PAGE OF £100.
The full payment is then to be cleared 14 days before your party.
The damages deposit will be returned by bank transfer 3 days following your party providing there has been no damage.

Question 8

CAN YOU USE THE TEEPEES OUTSIDE?

Our sleepover teepees are currently not for use outside, although we can create a beautiful outdoor teepee set up for you but these will need to be collected on the same day as set up.  See our picnic set ups which include Teepees.

DO I NEED TO PROVIDE A POWER SUPPLY?

All of our lights are battery powered so we do not require any power supply.

DO OUR GUESTS NEED TO BRING ANYTHING ALONG WITH THEM?

Just themselves and PJ’s! For photo opportunities they may want to match the colour theme!

WHAT TIME WILL MY PARTY BE SET UP AND BE COLLECTED?

Once you have booked your party and it has been confirmed, we will contact you with set up and collection times that suit you.
